bbok Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bbok ("bbok", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bbok.io website and all associated gaming, betting, and payment services.

By accessing bbok.io, registering an account, or engaging with any product or service offered on the platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, or any promotional offer — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply to all versions of the bbok platform accessible via web browser on any device, including mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers. bbok does not offer a standalone downloadable application; these Terms govern all access routes to the platform.

bbok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bbok will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account no fewer than 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at bbok.io/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to open and operate a bbok account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bbok applies a strict minimum age of 21, which is higher than the general legal adult threshold, in recognition of the risks associated with online gambling.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register player accounts.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of bbok or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously had a bbok account closed for breach of these Terms, fraud, or any other prohibited conduct.

bbok reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including but not limited to a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any point during the lifetime of an account. Failure to provide such documentation within 7 days of a formal request may result in permanent account closure.

Each eligible individual may register a maximum of one (1) bbok account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same personal details, a different email address, or a different mobile number — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in your name.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bbok will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

• Notify bbok immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your contact information promptly if it changes, to ensure you receive important account communications.
• Use a strong, unique password for your bbok account and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never access your bbok account from a shared or public computer without ensuring you log out completely.

All financial transactions on bbok are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bbok does not apply currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Mobile Financial Service. Deposits and withdrawals processed to the bKash number registered on your bbok account.
• Nagad — Mobile Financial Service operated by Bangladesh Post Office. Processing times mirror those of bKash.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking Service.
• Upay — United Commercial Bank mobile wallet service.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits that fall below this threshold will not be credited to your bbok wallet. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will be declined.

bbok does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside bbok's control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by bbok's payments team following a formal request. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds.

bbok reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where KYC verification is incomplete, or where the account is subject to an ongoing investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold via their registered email address.

bbok offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time each offer is communicated.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and passed initial identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money (cash) funds in your bbok wallet. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds unless specified otherwise in an offer's terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific rollover multiplier for each offer will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is communicated. Typical rollover requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., live casino tables) may contribute at a reduced rate toward satisfying rollover requirements. Contribution rates for each game category are published in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited.

bbok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to active bonus campaigns will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time the change is announced, provided those bonuses are used within their stated validity period.

All bets placed on bbok are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general rules and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule takes precedence.

Sports Betting: Bets are only valid once confirmed by the bbok system and a bet reference number has been issued. A bet confirmation screen and confirmation via your account's bet history constitute conclusive evidence that a bet has been accepted. Bets cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed, except where bbok's in-play cash-out feature is available and activated by the player.

Cricket Markets: bbok's cricket betting product covers pre-match and live in-play markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international bilateral series featuring the Bangladesh Tigers, and other major tournaments. Specific cricket betting rules — including provisions for rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments, match abandonments, and super-overs — are published in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the platform.

Casino Games and Slots: All casino games offered on bbok use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical cards and equipment streamed in real time. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is published in the game's information panel. bbok does not manipulate game outcomes.

Minimum and Maximum Stake Limits: Each betting market and game has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed at the time of placing a bet or entering a game. bbok reserves the right to adjust stake limits on any market or game at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbok platform. Violation of any of the provisions in this section will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or verification; impersonating another person; using stolen payment credentials; or engaging in any form of identity fraud.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one bbok account under any combination of identities, devices, or payment methods.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other competitive game format available on the platform.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features. All activity on bbok must be conducted manually by the account holder.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, display glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are not considered valid and will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the bbok platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. bbok cooperates fully with authorities investigating financial crime.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) for funds that have been legitimately deposited and used on the platform. Accounts where chargebacks are detected will be suspended and the amount subject to the chargeback will be deducted from any remaining balance.

All content on the bbok platform — including but not limited to the bbok brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game integrations, data feeds, and software — is the intellectual property of bbok or its licensed third-party providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bbok platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any element of the bbok platform without the express prior written consent of bbok.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is governed by their own licensing arrangements with bbok. Players may not record, broadcast, or commercially exploit game streams without the written consent of both bbok and the relevant game studio.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbok's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bbok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of anticipated savings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; or any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform.

bbok does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages, and events beyond bbok's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. bbok will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance.

bbok is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the potential harms associated with gambling. The following tools are available to all registered players directly within their account dashboard, without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in BDT to control your spending.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders that notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your bbok account and request that you not be contacted with promotional materials. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.

You may request the closure of your bbok account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bbok will process the request within 3 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all pending wagering requirements and KYC obligations have been satisfied.

bbok reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances, without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Discovery that a duplicate account exists for the same individual.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed by bbok due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, free bet credits, and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money funds deposited by the player (net of any amounts subject to an active investigation) will generally be returned, but bbok reserves the right to withhold funds where there is an ongoing investigation into fraudulent activity.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, a payment transaction, an account decision, or any other matter arising from your use of the bbok platform, you should in the first instance contact bbok's customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including your account username, the relevant bet or transaction reference number, and a clear description of your concern.

bbok's support team will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days of receipt. Where additional investigation is required — for example, where video footage of a live dealer session or a technical log must be reviewed — the resolution period may be extended up to 21 business days, with progress updates provided to you throughout.

All disputes must be raised within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted outside this window may not be entertained, except where bbok determines in its reasonable discretion that exceptional circumstances justify a late submission.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international commercial law and the internal operational policies of bbok, to the extent permitted by applicable law in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform.

You acknowledge that online gambling laws differ significantly between jurisdictions, and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the bbok platform complies with the laws applicable to you in your country or region of residence. bbok makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or legally available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as bbok submitting to the jurisdiction of any particular court or tribunal. Where a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any provision of these Terms is unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
